Rev. Jack D. Fletcher, Jack David Fletcher was born in Columbia, SC on April 2, 1947. He died at his home in Shepherd, TX on July 8, 2013. Jack was survived by his lovely wife Janelle, daughter Jennifer, son Jeremy, son Joel with his wife Ashley, son David with his wife and two children. His memories will live on in his grandchildren; Kelton, Joel Chriss, Jr., Ashlyn Grace, and Jaydnn Rose Fletcher.
Jack leaves behind a sister Mary Nell Yager, and two brothers Wilson Manning and Michael Fletcher.
A special memory will also be left in the hearts of his friends.
Jack, with service number RA 14 867 665, served in the United States Army from April 21, 1964 to April 14, 1967. He completed 8 weeks of basic training in Fort Jackson, SC. He served in Camrahnbay, Dongbathin, and Quinhon, Vietnam from 1966-1967 as a Field Communication Crewman. He was honorably discharged with four medals:
*National Defense Service Medal *Vietnam Service Medal
*Vietnam Campaign Medal *Good Conduct Medal
Rev. Jack, in later years, would wear hats to "honor those who never made it home." We, his family, honor his service and continue his salute to fellow soldiers and their families.
As we remember him today, we recognize the commission he left us....

Rev. Jack Fletcher kept His faith in "The Finshed Work" of the Cross.
Therefore, he received his Crown of Righteousness.
Now awaits a crown for all those that continue on....
