Jack was born in Orange, Texas on March 24, 1951 to Jack Bertrum Dismuke Sr. and Doris Dimple Burrow. He went to be with his Heavenly Father on December 5, 2016 in Houston, Texas. Jack moved to the Houston area about the age of 10 years old. He went to elementary school in Galena Park and Aldine Junior High School and MacArthur High School. Jack became interested in music while he was in high school. He, with friends, formed a band and called themselves the Car-Tunes. They played locally and for school events. He never lost his love for music and made CD's and cassettes for family and close friends. He played the 50's, 60's and 70's music for the car meets for "Nifty 50's".
Jack worked as an Electrician. He worked for the Houston Empire Electric Company for the last 25 years. Jack was a quiet man and had many friends. He was hardworking and will be missed by many people.
His death was sudden and unexpected. He leaves a family that loved him very much. Jack is survived by his son, Lance Dismuke and wife Chelsea; brother, Clifford Discuke and wife Gloria; 2 sisters, Kay Hightower and husband Jimmy and Shirley Biscamp and deceased husband Charles; sister-in-law, Vickie Dismuke and deceased husband, David Dismuke (brother); 2 grandsons, Tyler and Jayden Dismuke; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jack will be missed by his family and many many friends.
