Jabe Thomas Shivers 89, passed away August 19, 2012. Born fifth generation Texan in Tatum, Texas. Jabe attended the local schools. Graduating from Sam Houston High School. He attended the University Of Houston for two years. He also taught at George Washington and Lamar High School. He became the Assistant Principal of Lee High School. Shortly, he accepted the role of Principal. He retired from Spring Branch High School in 1982. He loved his farm in East Bernard. He was a Rotarian in the Sharpstown area. Jabe loved life. He leave to cherish his memory his wonderful wife of 64 years, Veva,
