Yo it's me Santos miss bro I remember us running and jumping over a fence and ended up in a pool lol I still cannot believe your gone I can't miss bro love you. I will always remember the good times always.  

 Hey Isreal  I still  can’t believe you are not with us anymore.  You will be deeply missed.  You were a great father to your girls and grandfather. That little Messie really loves you. I was a teen when I meet you and you always had a big heart and wanted to help others.  I never thanked you enough for helping me and allowing me to stay with you and Tammy while I went to college. I know the last time I talked to you was an accidental call Ho’nry made but I thank God that he made that accident happen.  You were able to talk to Ho’nry and I was able to tell you a little about Cruz.  You were shocked with Ho’nry’s voice lol. I enjoyed talking to you even if it was only about 15 minutes.  I sure will miss that big smile you always had and your laugh that was ver contagious.  Love and miss you cuz. 

I still can’t believe that you’re gone bro. I met you through your brother in-law Omar back in the late 90’s. I knew right off the bat you were a cool down to earth dude. Omar and I have good memories with you bro laughing and joking all the time. I remember the time we went deep sea fishing with Dad and had an awesome time. Mom and Dad loved you and I know you’re with them now.  I appreciate you being cool with my brother and being close to him. You will always be my brother, and Omar and I will never forget you. 

Israel, the realist person I ever met. You didn't know it but you changed my outlook on how I saw the world and all of the craziness in it.  15 yrs old when I met you and already wise beyond your years.  I changed my attitude towards people cuz of you Carnal and I thank you for it. It was an honor to be there when Celeste and Claudia were born.  I loved watching you be a father bro! I always thought I'd see you one last time but, "Man makes plans, and God laughs".  I love you brother. May you rest in peace. 

I will miss you dad forever and your amazing presence. You always made me laugh when I was down and was always there to pick me up. Thank you dad for all the amazing memories you gave me growing up. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my dad or grandfather to my child. The endless laughs and late nights talking about your crazy childhood. We will miss you so much. 

Israel, my earliest memories start with a visit to Corpus Cristi, TX. As a child, I was introduced to the Luna family through my sister-in-law Irene. I can remember all the great memories we all had together. Isreal and my brother Norbert had a great relationship. My family treated Isreal as he was a part of the Lugo family. Every memory was always the same. Isreal is the smile that lights up the room. Humor that can make you laugh till you cried, and strong work ethics that made my father, who was always extremely hard to win over, proud of him.  
 
During my adult years, I worked with Isreal on many projects spanning across the United States. Work that he was proud of. He was trusted with many projects due to his strong leadership skills and the ability to work on the fly.  
 
Israel, I know we haven’t spoken in many years. But I always knew you for the strongest will to make a change for the better. Life gets crazy, but you always took the high road and made it the best. You will always be the brother the lugos wanted. With love from the Lugo family.

Israel you've been heavy in my mind all week. My condolences to your whole family. It's not fair they have to endure all this pain, your family has been ripped from your presence of family time, birthday's, & celebrations. It just isn't fair that God saw it was time for him to call on his comedian, a king, son, father, brother, uncle and friend for Eternity. We shouldn't be selfish still wanting you with us still but it is so hard bcz you were the life of the party,  A smile that brighten up the room. Plans that were made for the future that we've been stripped of. I know it's going to be hard to say goodbye to the physical part of you. Everyone who has crossed your path in life you've left a imprint with all the memories we'll cherish forever. We'll make a promise that we'll keep your memory alive now and forever. My deepest condolences to the family. Israel was a friend of the family and my brother’s very close friend. We go way back to when we were teenagers and Israel had a way of making people laugh. He will be greatly missed. May he Rest In Peace.
