Iraima Rosa Bravo de Palencia, 77, passed away on August 17, 2024, at her home in Cypress, TX. She was the loving wife of Jorge Jose Palencia. They shared 55 together.
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, she was the daughter of Maria Chiquinquira and Jose Maria. She was a retired accomplished teacher of basic education, theater, and other disciplines.
She was a well-known actress and radio communicator back in Venezuela. She enjoyed recite poems, traveling with family, and playing card games with friends. She will be remembered for her unique way of expressing love to everybody, and always doing good deeds helping people no matter what.
She is survived by her husband: Jorge Jose, children: Jorge Emiro and Lorena, Iraima Georgina and Cesar, Jorge Enrique and Edicta, and her grandchildren: Henry, Samuel, Diego, Isabel, Jorge, Ignacio, Emma.
Memorial service will be held on August 31, 2024, at 1:00pm at Prince of Peace Catholic Church (19222 TX-249, Houston, TX 77070).
