On February 17th, 2018, the hand of the Lord reached out and took Howard Milford Pollock (Mel), the finest and most humble man to heaven. Mel lived a long and wonderful life of 86 years and blessed all that he touched. We are overjoyed to celebrate his life!
Canadian by birth, Mel moved to the US and became a citizen He honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant. Mel also had a very successful career in real estate.
He and his wife Lorraine (Lori) were blessed with four children who survive him - Cindy (Rick), Alan (Debbi), Karen (Bill), and Greg (Cathy). He leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will forever cherish him.
Services will be held at St. Edward Catholic Church, 2601 Spring-Stuebner Road, Spring, Texas, on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Visitation at 10 a.m. Graveside service to follow at Earthman-Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway (IH-45) Houston.
