He is survived by his wife, Norma, children, Craig Louvier, Lori Louvier and Lyn Whitt Grandchildren, Coby Louvier Montano, Jessica Mathis, Zachary Louvier, Roger Bowman and Madison Louvier. Great Grandchildren Charlotte & Katherine Louvier Montano and Jett Mathis.
Howard is proceeded in death by his parents Howard Paul & Charlene Louvier, his sisters Elaine, Lana & Linda Louvier and his son, Scott Louvier.
Visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home 6900 Lawndale St Houston TX 77023 Thursday September 29, 2022 Rosary 5pm, Visitation 6-8pm. Services Friday September 30 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10:30 am with Graveside services Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
