Henry Garcia Jr.

Henry Garcia, Jr. passed away on February 28, 2016 surrounded by his family. Henry was born to Diamantina and Henry Garcia, Sr. on January 1, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents and his 3 brothers Rudy, Robert and Manuel Garcia. He is survived by his beloved wife Mercedes Garcia; 3 daughters Janette, Veronica and Alma Garcia; his son Henry Garcia III; Step-children Linda, Roy, Luis and Kevin. 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by 13 brothers Bart, Rudy, Jesse, Raymond, Alfred, Roy, John, Steve, Adolph, Arthur, Adam, Daniel and Benjamin; 9 sisters Librada, Alice, Mary, Irene, Rosie V., Rosie E., Lucie, Victoria and Santos. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins to cherish on his memory.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation at Crespo Funeral Home, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003, on March 9 from 5 to 9 pm with a Rosary starting at 7 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Resurrection Catholic Church, 915 Zoe St., Houston, TX 77020, on March 10 at 11 am.
