Helen Aurelia Connor Harrell was born August 20, 1917 to James and Irene Dawson. Helen passed into eternal rest August 22, 2016, just two days after her 99th birthday. She is preceded in death by her first husband Norman Connor and second husband Julian Harrell; sons: Donald Connor, Bill Connor, Ronnie Connor; siblings: Juanita Finn and Wayne Dawson. Left to cherish her memory are son Johnny Connor; brother James Dawson, 8 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at a visitation on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, August 25 at 11:00 am at Brookside Funeral Home Grand Chapel with interment following in Brookside Memorial Park.
