Hazel M Holman

Hazel Modena Holman, 84, born September 23, 1930 in Cushing, Texas entered into eternal rest May 13, 2015. Hazel is preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy D. Holman; parents: James and Mae Wilkerson; sisters: Audry Bass and Carol Kelly; nephew, Darvis Bass; niece, Lisa Kelly; great nephews: Jody Bass and Stewart Bass. Left to cherish her precious memories: son, Larry Holman and wife Kathy; daughter, Carol Ballard; grandchildren: LaShonna Story, Crystal Gaudet and husband Derrick, Danna Ballard, Brandon and wife Jordon, Bryan Ballard and Lane Holman; great grandchildren: Justus and Staesha Alvarez, Bailey and Avery Gaudet, Harley Juarez, Graison Swope and Kinlee Ballard; 2 sisters-in-law along with numerous nieces and nephews and her faithful companion, Turbo. Visitation will be Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 5-8pm. Funeral Services will be held at 1pm, Monday, May 18, 2015 in the Grand Chapel of Brookside Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her church Second Baptist Church of Jacinto City.
