Phil and Dorothy took advantage of these destinations and had the opportunity to travel the world. Upon retirement in The Woodlands, Texas, Phil was active with Senior Men’s Golf at The Woodlands Country Club, playing bridge, and watching his grandchildren grow up. He served his community by being a director with the Montgomery County MUD and volunteering at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
