Gwendolyn Tingen "Gwen" Moring, 84, died June 11, 2012 at Memorial CIty Hospital in Houston, TX. Gwen was born in Broadway, North Carolina on November 5 1927, to Guy R. Tingen and Alice Gray Tingen who preceded her in death along with a brother Donald L. Tingen. She is survived by her husband of 64 ½ years, William W. "Bill" Moring of Houston, TX; three daughters - Billie Kay Moring and Debbie Moring of Houston, TX, and Lyn M. Lewis (Daniel W.) of Birmingham, AL; three grandchildren- Danielle L. Whitfield (Chuck); Major Heath M. Lewis (Angela Holston); and Kim D. Watson (Gabe); and four great-grandchildren-Bailey and Braelyn Whitfield and Austin and Chris Lewis – all of Birmingham, AL.
