Gracias a ti que fuisteis mi madre y padre mi jefita aprendí hacer muy responsable en todo los aspectos jefita si supieras cuanto te extraño !me hacen falta tus regañadas mamita! Ahora entiendo mucho de tus dichos que decías  antes no sabía lo que realmente decías o realmente no comprendía tus dichos pero ahora si los comprendo todos fuiste una mujer muy sabia y de muchos huevos jefita eso sn duda te enfrentaste a a todo y todo por nosotros.lastimosamente te me fuisteis antes de que pagara la casa pero yo se que tu sabías que lo iva a lograr porque me enseñaste bien y me quedo con todos tus consejos quisiera algún día hacer tan sabía como tú jefita mia y me acuerdo siempre el dicho que no hay que por bien no venga mami te extraño mucho pero te traigo en mi corazón todos los Dias y mis hijos dicen que te extrañan mucho a su mami lupita de verdad no se de donde sacastes tanta fuerza madre mía últimamente he visto a mi papá aunque haiga sido un bueno para nada que nos abandono tu siempre me dijiste que al final era nuestro papá y que sólo Dios perdona mi viejita el ya está pagando por sus errores. Quiero que sepas que te amo y te amaré siempre jefita!No se que hubiéramos hecho sin ti . Gracias por todo el amor y la enseñanza que nos brindasteis a mi y a mis hermanos. Gracias a ti somos trabajadores  y responsables ya vez mi hermana muy trabajadora y mi hermano también y yo pues todavía trabajando los 7 días a la semana pero como estoy sola pues hago lo necesario. Jefita eres única mamita me acuerdo en Brownsville como batallábamos para todo pero aun así salimos adelante te extraño mi viejita y ya estás acompañado a tus hijas mi madre cita y mi tía y yo elida y ya está con tus hermanos y hermanas habrá que lleve a mis hijos al valle era muy diferente no estaba tu ni mi tía elida no fui a matamoros pero ya también mi tía chita no está mamita todos los días le dio gracias a Jeohva Dios por darme a una jefita como tú madre te amo siempre.

It’s been one year since you left. I miss you even though I didn’t see you much of you, due to living so far away. I miss you !!

Well to me queen bee grandma was like a thousand page book of stories and if you asked her she was happy to tell them to you. And once in a while she listened to my troubles. I think she was a half a step ahead of most people. When most of us think “don't worry about tomorrow live today “ I think her view was that today will be become yesterday, tomorrow and after listening to me she would give me her smile and asked me very nicely “will you massage my legs now?” A Queen grandma because most all of us are here on her behalf including grandkids ,great-grandkids and beyond. She will no doubt be part of our history tree.

So many funny memories with my Lupita on and off cam. She was my side kick and partner in crime around the house and sometimes even my secret keeper. Always was up for my crazy ideas whether it was dancing , singing, exercising or dressing up for a pic or video and of course cooking & eating our antojitos.  I loved to cook for her because she was a foodie like me. She always gave me her stamp of approval of “está sabroso”.  We both loved  fashion and we loved wearing and accessorizing our outfits . She was a strong, loving, smart and humble  women with a sense of humor that could brighten your day. She was a great story teller. Even in times like these she is still making us smile and laugh through her memory. My heart will forever feel a void but there are plenty of memories and love that she left to try to fill it. What she taught me the most was that you are never too old to be lighthearted and enjoy life. Her favorite saying was “y que tiene” She taught me that no mater what life gives us we have to keep fighting that fight and keep being the best version of ourselves no mater what and that Jehovah God will give us what we need if we have faith.  I too have this faith that we will receive all things needed now and in future when Jehovah will allow us to be with her and cherish her for eternity. 

May Jehovah support the family. I didn’t get a chance to meet her personally, but from the way her granddaughter Belinda talk about her, she had great occasion with her and fond memories. Soon all will be new. Revelation 21:3,4.

I have many happy memories with my Buela . One that makes me smile is when we took her shopping. After she tried on many outfits,I asked her what you think Abuela, which ones do you like?She said “I will take them all! “Then we asked her if she wanted to sit down and rest or look at some shoes? She said “no I need shoes.” Then after we got the shoes ,she asked “where are the purses?” After that she said “now I need some earrings”. She said “Si vamos a comprar , entonces compramos!” I knew then I was her granddaughter!


Thanks to my cousin veronica she knew about technology!

Mi buelita, the only grandparent I've ever known...she was sweet but she was tough!  Independent as long as she could be.  Determined, if she needed something done, she found a way.  She was funny, sometimes at your expense but it didn't matter, we loved it.  She had a love for beanies even in the houston summer, always a stylish gramma.  Inherited my love for purple because of her I'm sure of it 💜.  Also her favorites - gorditas and galletas.  My favorite saying of hers: "y que tiene.." She was quite a woman of strength, enduring so much in her long life.   Always mentioned God and had faith and hope. 
Roman's 8:24,25.   I know Jehovah will remember all the details that made her who she was when she resurrects. That is the hope we treasure.

THE  HARDEST PART IS NOT LETTING HER GO ...THE HARDEST PART IS LEARNING HOWNTO LIVE WITHOUT HER. I AM ALREADY   MISSING MY JEFITA SO MUCH .

She is the foundation of this family. She is a wonderful strong woman because of her love I am the women I am today. I asked my self where would I have been today if she didn't take us in her arms my self and my sister and brother yet with her own struggle still have enough love for us and all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and loved everyone the same never showed any difference .I admire her love, compassion, wisdom and the loving person she was no matter what life threw her way and would do anything for anyone .She would not fight for anything because she would always say" mija when I die I won't take anything " so don't fight just enjoy what you have always be greatful with Jevoha he is the only one that knows whats best for you .

Mi vida se quedo sin color el 24 de Junio del 2020 cuando recivi la llamada de que mi jefita mi madre ya habia fallecido.Mi mami fue mi confidente mi todo me quedo con todo lo que me enseño y todo lo que aprendi de ella,una de las cosas que me enseńo es ser fuerte y muy resposable.Nosotros quedamos huerfonos y gracias a ella mi carnal JoseAntonio y mi carnalita Esmeralda y yo nos unio mas y nos creo a los tres juntos  y nos mantuvo unidos.La verdad fueron demasiadas cosas que ella hizo por todos.Me quedo tranquila que pude verla en sus ultimos dias.Nos decia siempre arreglense  difruten salgan a comer afuera que al cabo cuando se muere uno nada se lleva,le gustaba que le regalaramos flores porque decia cuando este muerta para que las quiero si nos las puedo oler.Me acuerdo que siempre decia hay que tener chocolates o dulces y flores y musica los chocolates y dulces eran para no amargarnos la vida las flores para oler su hermoso olor y la musica para siempre estar alegres!Mi mami sigue vive en mi mente cuerpo y alma!Ella vio a a mucha gente  morir y se mantuvo fuerte cuando mi mama Romana murio ella era  el pilar de nuestra familia.Mis hijos Breanna Jolie y Anthony Flores querian y adoraban a su "mami lupita" asi era como le decian hoy tambien comparten este profundo dolor.Gracias a Jeohva dios mi madre descansa en paz.

Abuelita siempre tenía tiempo para sus nietos.

My fondest memory is going to her house  almost everyday  until I was about the age of 8. I also remember her at my birthday parties  when I was little and being there with the family. I will always remember my mother and her in the kitchen , always cooking some of the best tamales that exist. I had the honor to have her in my wedding and having her for many years in my life.  I was so lucky to see her last summer with my kids and enjoyed the time I spent with her and taking pictures with her. The one thing I will  always admire of grandma was her strong willingness in life and humbleness, she  would  always live in peace . I will always treasure  those memories forever. I love you grandma.

Grandma was loving and always had great advice ❤️ I always remember her saying the word centavitos. Thanks to everyone who helped along the way to give her a long lasting life❤️

My Fondest memory is going to her house after school and eating her Mexican hotdogs and then laying on her lap talking  until my mom came to pick us up. Also her telling me that she could not teach me how to knit because I was left handed. 😁

Can’t wait for the day when Jehovah will wake grandma up and we will be able to make more new memories. John 5:28,29
