Guadalupe E. Garcia age 76 passed away on October 20, 2024, a warrior who lived a victorious life with heart disease for more than 20 years. He was born on July 27, 1948 in Benavides, Texas to parents Federico Garcia and Lucila Escamilla.
Retired as oilfield machinist. Son of Federico V. Garcia and Lucila Garcia, deceased. Lupe was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. A God-fearing man serving the community with scripture and encouragement.
Survived by his wife of more than 50 years Blanca. Sons Peter J. Garcia (Vanessa) and Gregory Garcia. Grandsons Judah and Joshua Garcia. Brothers Frederico V. Garcia Jr (Ali) and Rene Garcia (Margie). Sisters Graciela Cochran (Michael) and Zaida Beaty (Robert Mendoza). Numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. Lupe will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his daughter Cynthia Marie.
A loving Christian man, Lupe was passionate about shopping and cooking for his family; sharing helpful tips on how to live a better and blessed life. He will be greatly missed.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX. A committal service will occur Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX. A reception will occur Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX.
