Gregory S. Juarez led a long and fulfilled life, surrounded by who and what he enjoyed most, his family. He met the love of his life at a young age, Rosie M. Juarez. They soon after started a family who he loved and treasured with all of his heart.
He enjoyed life to the fullest, always calm, understanding and always willing to help others. Gregory worked as a baker in a bakery for over 50 years and he enjoyed going to work every day. The one thing about him,
he always made you feel at home. Gregory was a small man with a big heart, strong back, a loving husband, father, and grandfather but most of all a great friend to everyone who was able to walk with him.
He is survived by his wife, Rosie M. Juarez; four sons: Ricky, Gregory Jr., Michael, and Jerry; daughter, Norma J. Juarez; daughters-in-law: Sonia, Juanita, Virginia, Monica; grandchildren: Ricky Jr., Josephine, Timothy, Elena, Nicholas, and Marisol, Adam, Maria, Calla, Eric, Gregory, Jennifer, Johnny, Frankie, Jerry Jr., and Beatrice; great-grandchildren: Natalie, Timothy, Mike, Jason, Ashley, Isaac, Jazmin, Vanessa, Allissa, Adrianna, Nicholas, Nicki, Joel, Isaiah, Alyssa, Noah, Logan, Ailanci, Nathan, Mia, Koen, Jalissa, Jerry lll, Abigail.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bruno and Lucy Juarez; brother, Frank Juarez.
The family will accept extended family and friends for visitation Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 5PM to 9PM with a Rosary at 7PM, in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 2PM in the Family Chapel, at Brookside Funeral, with burial to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
