Kim, Gregg was a great guy to deal with and a straight shooter..told it like it was. we enjoyed speaking of our families and hunting. May you find comfort in your sorrow thru Jesus Christ, our lord.

I was both shocked and saddened to hear the news of Gregg. You have my most heartfelt sympathy on this very tragic loss.

My family and I have such fond memories of Gregg, from all those wonderful time we spent together, as I was growing up. I always had a great time when you and Gregg were around. I will always remember the good times we were able ro share.

The loss of a spouse is such a profound loss. I can only imagine your grief. If it is any consolation, we share your pain immensely.

When we bought our first house in TX, we were lucky enough to move in across the street from Kim & Gregg. Although we only lived there one short year, Kim, Gregg and the rest of our neighbors quickly became our family. I will always remember that year with such happiness. It made my heart so heavy to hear the news yesterday that Gregg had passed. Kimberly, I can't imagine the pain and grief you must feel. He loved you so much and it showed every minute of every day. I pray that you will feel his presence with you all the time. His love for you was greater than death itself. May he forever be fishing with Jesus!

I never had the honor of meeting Gregg in person, but I feel like I knew him from the stories and thoughts my fiance(Greg Dlabach) has shared with me. He touched so many lives and hearts. He will be greatly missed.

I remember you and Greg when John and I lived in Spring, Texas in the mid 90's. You and Greg had been married 13 years when we met and I remember how shocked I was because you were so young and truly love with each other. I was so impressed with that love because I had never really been around two people who were young and so in love like you two. I also remember what a beautiful couple you made. You both were always so happy, but what was the most impressive was that you guys lived your lives with such joy. You both were always smiling and joyful. I haven't seen either of you in almost 20 years, but you have left a lasting impression on me. My prayers are with you and your family, this is so sad and I am so sorry.

To the family and friends of Gregg White,

I knew Gregg for 30+ years and he was truly a great man.  I am not sure that anyone could have so many best friends.  What I mean is that he treated everyone as if they were his best friend.  There were no measures of consideration too great or gifts of hospitality too gracious.

There must be dozens of people among us who thought they were Gregg's best friend - that is just the way he treated everyone; we were indeed all his best friends.  Of course, Kim was his truest friend I have only known fairy tale couples such as them.

Whether we were spinning on inner tubes in the middle of Fort Gibson or holed up in his little Broken Arrow apartment for football games, there was always fun and laughter.  Later in life, he and Kim welcomed my growing family, as only he could, for fun on the beach in Galveston after we had relocated from Chicago to the Dallas area.

Six years ago to the month, Gregg had a strong hand in saving my life.  We were hundreds of miles apart, yet he made a point of contacting me every day to reassure me that there was a tomorrow.  I know now that he was not the messenger, but he was preparing me to reassure all of us, that there will be a tomorrow.

My career was in shambles and my marriage headed for divorce, and although he did not know what was in my future, he was rock steady in his commitment to be there for me every day.  That is the commitment we can all share with each other during this time of healing - be there for one another.

That is what is such a great disappointment for me; I wish I could there with you all on Thursday, but I am only an email or phone call away to support any of you in any way you need.

I just can't believe it. I just received this sad news. Gregg was a true friend, the kind you can always count on to be there when you are in need. Our friendship was long distance - I only lived in Houston for 5 years back in the 90's. Gregg and I became friends back then and he always made sure to stay in touch with me through the years. Gregg was our son-in law and we loved him very much. He was such a joy to be around. He always had a big smile on this face. I sometimes called him 'Smiley'. We were so proud of him and how he took care of Kim. He loved her so deeply and it showed. He was special and we will miss him very much. Our hearts ache for the loss of such a great, funny, loving guy. He loved life and his family & friends. We have so many great memories with Gregg that I can't list them all.
