Gracie Martinez

Raised in Texas since she was a baby, she was a "Monedita De Oro" or a golden coin in her daughter's life. Gracie was a kind animal lover that enjoyed spending her time being outside. Her favorite color was Turquoise. She loved roses and she was always outside with birds. Gracie was a kind soul that never denied a helping hand. She loved paying lotteria with her family and friends and listening to Mariachi music. Most importantly she loved all her grandchildren and she especially hated when any of them were sick. Gracie will always be remembered, and she will be missed.

Gracie is survived by her daughter Sherly Martinez (Martin Perez); her grandchildren Mandy, Samantha, Juan, Ariana and her family friend Guadalupe Soliz.

A visitation for Gracie will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. Following the visitation will be a rosary from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
