Gerald Kirby Bristow

He was born in Bakersfield, California on February 16, 1938. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1957 and received the China Service Medal.

He married Sandra Kay Bristow on November 8, 1997.

Grumpy worked as a Diesel Mechanic for numerous years.

He was a member of VFW Post 4816 and had a love for model railroading.

He was survived by children, Brian Bristow, Greg Bristow, Roger Bristow, Starla Bristow, Elizabeth Waters, Amy Carrington, five step children, twenty-six grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 12:00pm, August 31, 2020, at American Heritage Funeral Home.
