On a cold winter day, i was born to Max and Millie Edney. I was blessed with a big brother named Bill who years later brought the wonderful Connie to be my sister.
After Millie died, Linda married Max and brought into my life. They saw me through the crazy years. Max and Linda never gave up on me. In 1996, my son Alex was born. It was an honor and a privilege to call him son. Then I met Annie. Thank God for Match.com. God led us to Grace Presbyterian Church where we found our church family. We were married on December 1, 2007. She brought with her an intelligent son named Dan and his beautiful wife, Jamie. All of Annie's siblings and their families brought the mayhem that I enjoyed in my life.
Then sadness of dementia and Parkinson's ravaged our lives. When I took my last breath, I knew my plan. I would stop at the Rainbow Bridge and be reunited with all my beloved golden retrievers. Ten I will enjoy an eternal cookie and cake buffet. I will graduate to glory, to meet God and to reunite with my parents and loved ones. I am in Paradise waiting for all of you.
Love,
Geoff (Bear) Edney
