Ocassionaly, when my church duties required me to be in her area, Gaye and I would share a pew and "Peace be with you" for a few brief moments.  As I served different roles in communion, I often had the pleasure of serving her, as she took the "common cup".  She was such a pleasant, delightful congregant; I will miss seeing her smile as she approached the altar with reverance.    She made our congregation brighter and that will create a void!

We will miss you Gaye.  You were always so kind and loving to everyone, the same way your Mom was so loving and kind to everyone.  All our years growing up together, we as a family have been through a lot  and we will miss  you and all the love you have given to everyone.  God's love surround you and your family in the loss of your Mom and Beverly a sister she loved and adored durimg their life together.

My grandmother was absolutely the best person ever. I will forever miss her endless love, support and bright smile. The memories I have of her will be cherished forever. Whether it was spending the weekend at her house, talking to her on the phone or seeing her at ball games, she never failed to put a smile on my face. I will deeply miss the delicious pancakes and refreshing glass of chocolate milk that she always made me on Saturday mornings. The little conversations that I had with her while she was making breakfast is a memory I will always cherish. I know she is rejoicing in heaven with God and Papa. 
Rest In Peace nana. Thank you for everything. I love you. 

Gaye always had a calming nature and I will truly miss seeing her at the office. We worked together many years ago but even though we both moved on to other teams, we would still run into each other in the hallways. She always had a big smile and a happy greeting to share, no matter how crazy her work days may have been. Gaye was a blessing to all the teams she worked on, just by being her down-to-earth self. What a loving, kind, spirit ... she will certainly be missed. Sending my deepest condolences to her loving family.

I will miss my dear wonderful sister. I remember all the times when we were children growing up together and us always playing together. I always looked up to you.  I am filled with so much sadness of your passing. I am lost and feel like part of my body is gone.  I will dearly miss all of our conversations you always had great advice.

My friend for the last 32 years. I will surely miss our get togethers and our conversations we had over the years. I will cherish our friendship forever. You were one of the most down to earth person I have known. We will continue our conversations in heaven one day. 

I have so many! I looked up to Gaye as my mentor and friend. She genuinly cared for me and my small children. Just a few weeks ago I went to see her, ask for offered guidance in life and as usual she greeted me with a grand smile, those peircing blue eyes and a hug. We sat and talked - I told her "I want to be like you when I grow up, Gayleatha". She giggled and she told me how proud of me she was. She was a wonderful woman.

Gayleatha-  when your beautiful heart stopped beating my heart broke in two, knowing that here on Earth, there will never be another you. I miss you and I will strive to continue to make you proud.

I can remember as a little girl how sweet and kind Gaye was....I always thought those girls (Gaye and Beverly) were so beautiful.    As the years passed by each time I saw Gaye; she was still so kind and beautiful; what a sweet soul.    Love Connie Sue
