Mr. Gary Dewayne Jackson

Gary Dewayne Jackson was born on July 18, 1957, to Clemetine McCann and Larenzo Stevenson in Little Field Texas. As a young child he moved to Calvert Texas where he lived, attended, graduated from Calvert High School.

Gary served his country as a young adult in The United States Army until he was honorably discharged. Gary found love when he met and married his devoted wife Mrs. Yvonne Jackson in 2003. They settled in Houston Texas where he was an amazing Chef, Father, Grandfather and Friend to many. He loved his family with whole heart. He loved sports both men and women. He will be sorely missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clemetine McCann and Larenzo Stevenson. He leaves to cherish his memory wife Mrs. Yvonne Jackson; Children Coylin “Dinky” Grimes (Diane), Teneshia Hopkins-Jackson (Russell); Derick Hopkins; Shundrea “Trecie” Flentroy; Conetra Kinney and Conettra Kinney. 12 grandchildren ; 2 expected great grandkids; aunt Carey Washington and his brother Donald McCann Special relative Te’Sean Williams.
