Freda Lashae Whitehead

On November 29, 1984, Freda Lashae Whitehead was born to Freddie and Dorothy Whitehead in Houston, Texas. She was the second born of four girls and was baptized at age nineteen. She served the Lord as a faithful member of Greater Galilee Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Mack A. Paul. Her schools of attendance were: R. C. Chatham Elementary, Northwood Middle and Forest Brook Senior High. She graduated in the year of 2003. She was employed at J. C. Penney from August 2007 until her health failed. Freda was preceded in death by her grandparents Marshall Washington, Eula Washington, Ellen Whitehead, Oscar Whitehead; two aunts Pamela Washington and Selena Washington; one cousin Isaiah Thompson. She leaves to cherish her memories: parents Freddie and Dorothy Whitehead; one goddaughter Jeanette Miller; three sisters Fidelia, Nicole and Nishawn Whitehead; one special great uncle Karl Brown (Betty) and great aunt Betty Brown; one niece and nephew Dreauna and Donavan Cunningham; aunts: Carrie, Marie (Perry), Laverne, Monica (Bobby), Tommie and Shirley; uncles: Sam, Perry, Joe Henry and Willie Ray; Pastor and Sister Mack A. Paul, the Greater Galilee Church Family and a host of other relatives and friends.
