On September 22,2010,our,father,Fred,finally won his battle against Alzheimer’s Disease,and passed on to eternal life in the Kingdom of God.Fred was born on October 28,1920,in New Iberia,LA to Erle Norris and Ella Champeaux Henshaw.He served his country honorably in WWII in the European Theatre,being discharged with the rank of Sgt.He was employed for 44 years at Shell Chemical Co.,Deer Park,TX,retiring in 1984.
Fred is survived by his wife of 72 years,Florence Marie,by his daughter,Barbara Cash and husband Tommy,by his son,Ronnie and wife Linda,6 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be at Forest Park Lawndale, 5-8 pm,Friday,September 24,2010.Funeral service will be in the Chapel of Angels at Forest Park Lawndale at 10:30am ,Saturday,September 25,2010.
