Franklin Delano Roosevelt Whitten, who was born on November 8, 1932, in Houston, Texas to Finas and Goldie Whitten, and went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 28,2017 from his home in New Caney, Texas.
Frank was 84 years old at his passing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Finas and Goldie Whitten, by his wife, Daisy, by his son-in-law Cliff and by his brothers Raymond Whitten, Bubba (Finas, Jr.), Big Honey (Ronald), and James. His sister Bertha Mae Colley, also precedes him in death as well as his grandsons T.J. Adams and Kevin Martin.
He is survived by his daughters Francine Martin and Kathleen Whitten and by his granddaughters Jennifer Wright and Michelle Dull. His brother Little Honey (Donald) and his sister Gloria Ann Bertrand also survive him as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Frank was a man who loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and who loved his family with all his heart, mind, and soul. His family was his life. They were everything to him and other than his relationship with Christ were the most important aspects of his whole life.
