Frank L. Shupak, 97, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012. Mr. Shupak is preceded in death by his wife Lora Shupak, sons; Phillip Storey and Frankie Shupak and daughter, Cheryl Shupak. He is survived by his daughters; Linda Niederhofer and her husband Kenneth, Gloria Farrar and her husband Tom and Loretta Henrichs and her husband Calvin, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 22, 2012, from 5pm -8pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The funeral is scheduled for Friday, March 23rd, at 11:00 A.M. at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home Main Chapel. The interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
