Frank is survived by his wife, Laura Rumsey; his children, Frank Rumsey IV, Mary Lopez; grandchildren, Riley Rumsey, Sofia Villarreal Lopez & Olivia Lopez; and sister, Mary Cartwright.
Frank was born on June 24, 1943 in Camden, New Jersey to Frank Rumsey Jr. and Marguerite Rumsey. He graduated from Milby High School in 1961 and attended Alvin Community College shortly thereafter. He married Laura Concepcion Delgado, on August 2, 1980. His two children, Frank and Mary remember their father as a kind and hardworking father who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Frank was accomplished at many things in his life time. He was a young-aspiring bull rider, served in the United States Navy, and owned a successful Auto & Paint Body Shop for over 30 years. He was a generous individual who loved fishing, hunting, cars, spending time with his family, and was very passionate about helping others.
