Frank was born in Rio Grande City, Texas on December 4, 1948. He came to Houston in 1967 to attend the University of Houston where he found the two loves of his life: his wife Linda, and computers. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve in the 1970’s, and worked for many years as an independent computer consultant.
Frank served the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church community as a Eucharistic Minister and Money Counter, in the Men’s Club and Knights of Columbus, and as an ACTS Team member.
Frank’s legacy of intelligence, honor, hard work, humor, generosity, integrity, service to fellow man, and love for God and his family is known by everyone he met. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda; his adored daughter, Rachel and husband, Jeremy Spurlock and grandson, Benjamin Spurlock, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, all his many relatives, friends and clients.
The world was a better place for his presence.
