Francisco is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Ortiz and Maria Gila Martinez, and wife Bertha Ortiz. He is survived by his daughter, Angelica and husband Erik Olsen. Grandchildren; Zachary Jaramillo,

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023, with rosary service following at 7:00 PM. The funeral procession will depart on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 9:30 AM for a funeral mass that will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, at 10:00 AM, 739 Avenue K, Houston, TX 77012. A committal service will occur Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale, Houston, TX 77023.
