She met Lucio Ruiz in Cuero, Texas and married on October 25, 1948.
She had a passion for playing cards and was an avid baseball fan.
Frances is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lucio Ruiz, Sr. and son, Raul Ruiz.
Her memory will be cherished by her survivors, son, Ruben Ruiz of San Antonio, Texas, Lucio Ruiz, Jr., of Houston, Texas, Robert A. Ruiz of Houston, Texas, Rosalinda Sauceda of Houston, Texas, Radelia Machado of Houston, Texas, Rudy Ruiz of Houston, Texas; sister, Sarah Spinks of Victoria, Texas; Twelve Grandchildren and Twenty-four Great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers are, Melvin Spinks, Tino Hernandez, Marcus Hernandez, Mike Machado, Sr., Michael Machado, Jr. and Fernando Rodriguez.
