Frances Howard went to be with the Lord on March 20, 2014. She was born on September 19, 1930 to John and Viola Wilson in Mercedes, Texas. She worked for the city of Houston for 30 years where she happily retired to travel the world. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Howard; her parents and her brother John Wilson Jr.
She is survived by her son, John Howard; her daughter, Cindy Stell; her grandchildren, Larry, Eameal Sr., Shanna, Lyona, Laura and Brittani; her great grandchildren, Eameal Jr., Mia, Tristan and Rychard.
