Frances Ellen Holloway, 100, of Cameron, Texas, passed away on August 2, 2023, in Houston, Texas. She was born on May 3rd,1923. Frances was a strong-willed and independent woman who was actively involved in her church activities. She had a deep love for her community and was a dedicated member of her church band. Frances also enjoyed watching her favorite team the Astro, taking walks or simply sitting outside, and indulging in reading.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Frances Jordan, as well as her grandchildren, Tracey and Randy Jordan. She is also survived by her great-granddaughter, Christy Jones, and her great-great-granddaughters, Elyse and Alana Garcia.
A memorial service to celebrate Frances' life will be held on August 10th at 12:00pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
Frances will be dearly missed by her loved ones and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
