Felix was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Gennie Barrientes; his son, Rudy Ruiz; his stepson, Adam Garcia and his granddaughter, Yvonne.
Felix is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Maria Ruiz; daughter, Diana Leon; stepsons, Mariano Moreno and his wife Christina, Gustavo Moreno; stepdaughter, Jessica Moreno; 27 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Ruiz, Herman Mejias; sister Josefa Villalobos; and daughter-in-law, Mary Ruiz.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 5-8 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Grand Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
