He was born in Houston, Texas on September 18, 1956. Felix served in the
United States Air Force and Navy.
Felix worked as a pipe fitter for Local Union 221. He was a member of the
Knights of Columbus, and had a passion for hunting.
He is survived by his son Jacob Richard and wife Cristy Richard, daughter
Stella Martini and husband Kenneth Martini, granddaughters Zoie, Alexia,
Jade, Kayla and Alisa, sisters Pam, Melanie and husband Robert, and brother
Randy and wife Marina.
A visitation will be held on October 20, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with a
celebration of life on October 21, 2020 at 11:15 am at American Heritage
Funeral Home.
