Life story Felicia "GeGe" Rochelle Mckinley, age 48, was the last of 5 children born to Arthur Lee Sr. (Daddy Lee) and Lois Peavy (Nana) on July 31, 1964. Felicia was raised in Houston and at the early age of 5 accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Growing up, "GeGe" (aka Glamor Girl) showed interest and an inclined intelligence in the areas of fashion and dance. In high school, she honed her talents by becoming a majorette and also stayed active as member of the National Honor Society. After graduating from the top of her Booker T Washington High School Class, GeGe went on to earn her degree at The Dallas Art Institute. Upon her return to Houston, Felicia took on a new challenge and became a distinguished graduate from the Houston Police Academy of 1984. In November of 1985, she became a Deputy for the Harris County Sheriff's Office. On June 28, 1986 she was married to her husband Randolph Mckinley. They went on to have and raise two daughters, Roderica (25) and Romona (21) Mckinley. Felicia was a caring and loving person who spent her life doing for those around her. She expressed her love for fashion in her everyday wear and naturally had a way of warming the hearts of others. Felicia spent her final days residing on the northside of Houston as a housewife. Felicia leaves to cherish her memories: Her loving husband Randolph Mckinley, their daughters Roderica and Romona Mckinley, one grandson Shane Watson, her parents Arthur lee Sr and Lois Peavy, her brothers Curtis (Eva) Peavy, Arthur Lee Peavy Jr, Maurice Peavy and sisters Delicia (Donald) Wesley and Carolyn (Clyde) Reed. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
