She married her husband Noshir on January 10, 1964 and lived most of her life in Karachi until retiring and moving to Houston in 2005.
Farida’s biggest joy and most important thing in life were her family and friends. She was an active member of the Zoroastrian community, where she enjoyed socializing and getting together with her many friends. She never missed an opportunity to spend time with the people she loved and cared for, and in her later years spent most of her time taking care of and enjoying her family.
Farida is survived by her two sons, Gayomurd and Daneshmund, her daughters-in-law, Feroza and Nali and her grandchildren, Zain, Freya, Zarius and Cyrus. Her children, grandchildren and all who knew her, will forever hold her memory dear for the abundant love and care she showed them.
Farida will always be remembered for her joyful spirit and kindness that she showed for all. Those who knew her, loved her, and were loved by her will miss her dearly and will have richer and fuller lives because they were blessed to know her.
