Everett Rosco Ellars Jr. was born to Beulah Mae and Troy Rosco Ellars Sr. on August 25, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio. Soon after his sister Treasa was born into the family. Everett’s mother became pregnant and Everett asked if this could be a boy as he would like to have brother to spend time with. As luck would have it over the years, 17 to be exact, Everett was blessed with 3 more sisters Jeanette, Mary and Jeannie. On the 18th year Everett prayers were answered and his brother Troy was brought into his life.
Everett and his family moved to many different states due to the occupation of his father.
In 1965 the family settled in the mountains of Colorado on a large ranch.
Everett’s life transformed from the city life to the mountain life. This new life included assisting in the running of a ranch, working in the saw mills, running heavy equipment and enjoying the great outdoors.
After settling down in Colorado Everett met and feel in love head over heels with Patricia Lynn and they married June 16, 1967.
On April 4, 1968 Everett and Pat were blessed with their daughter Michelle. Shortly after the birth of Michelle, Everett moved his family to Denver Colorado where they resided for 21 years.
In later years Everett was blessed with two grandsons, George and Eric.
Everett’s final move brought him and his family to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico to care for his mother and father in law.
Everett was very devoted to his wife, daughter, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and his mother and father in-law. As life happens Everett’s family moved on to different states but this did not change the dedication and love that he had for each and everyone.
To sum the life of Everett Ellars up in one page is impossible but it should be known that Everett Ellars was a soft spoken, God fearing man who was a strong believer and put every person he knew ahead of himself. Everett Ellars wanted to make a positive difference in everyone and everything he touched, he would give you the last piece of bread or the shirt off his back if he thought you were in need. Everett Ellars worked many different jobs and long hours to ensure that everyone was taken care of. Everett Ellars loved to play his guitar, sing songs, drink fresh coffee, watch crazy shows on BBC, smell the fresh air of a new day and enjoy every minute of the day that God blessed him with.
Everett Ellars life was not an easy life but it should be known that even in his final days he was thinking and caring for others.
Everett is gone from this earth and now resides in Heaven with all the family members that have gone on before us. (Mom is already telling them, You boys stay out of trouble, I have to live in this town.)
We will always remember and love you for ever.
Until we meet again
