Eva Nelle Tannehill Hatfield, 87, of Houston, Texas passed away on June 8, 2011. Eva was born in Charleston, MS on March 15, 1924. Eva loved reading and watching murder mysteries, drinking coffee, and playing with her cats. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hatfield; parents: Alonzo & Sarah Tannehill; two sisters and five brothers. Eva is survived by her children: Rick Hatfield & wife Fluffy, Trisha Starnes & husband Ernie, Jeanette Upshaw, Bobby Hatfield & wife JoEllen, Betty Hatfield, Barb Hatfield as well as 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be 10AM, Friday, June 10th at Brookside Memorial Park. Donations in her honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Houston Hospice or the animal charity of your choice.
