My Mom was very special to me.We had lots of fun times together.She was not just My Mother but My Best Friend.When her great grandson James came to visit she did not notice anyone else was there.I remember when I told her " I Love you", she would respond "I Love you too",then I would say "I Love you more" she would say "No you don't".I would ask her what she had been doing all day and she said "Not a damm thing" or She had been cleaning the house all day.Every Friday she looked forward to going to the ice cream social and getting her Magic Cup ice cream, her weekly treat.Audrey and I brought her strawberry cheesecake one day, even though she could only have the filling.I was going to eat the strawberries on top but Darrell beat me to them.Mom will always be in my heart and we will be together again someday. She was my grandmother and my best friend. I remember always calling her to see if I could come hang out with her because I knew we would have fun together. Best times we had were walking to the store and getting some ice cream or sitting at the house enjoying a cup of coffee with each other. I will never forget the times we had together or who she was to me, my best friend in the world.

Eunice was a sweet, caring, hard working woman.  I know her family will miss her dearly.  I would like to thank Nell for keeping me informed of Eunice's condition throughout the last few years.  Hope you all can take comfort in knowing Eunice has now seen the Face of God.  Love,

My mawmaw was the best. She was as honest as honest gets. She would call you on something quick. She was a beautiful person (inside and out). I loved her more than I can say. She was a person that is hard to describe. There really are not many people that are beautiful, honest,  one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and just a person that everyone wanted to be around. She was someone that only a poet could put into words. And I had the pleasure to be one of her grandchildren. I loved her more than I can say here and I will always hold a special place in my heart for the wonderful friend, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother my mawmaw was.

Ms. Eunice was the epitome of sunshine and the person who would lite up any room with her smile. I can't remember Ever not seeing her smile when we would see her.  When life was tearing her apart on the inside, she never let someone else take the pain that she was dealing with. I admired the mother and friend that she was and can only hope that I always remember her strength and attitude of  when life is tough, you just have to roll through it and make the best of it.
