Eulojia was born to Gregorio and Andrea Morales on March 11, 1914 in Uvalde, Texas. Eulojia married Pedro Garcia in 1932, lived in Pasadena, Texas and later moved to Houston, Texas. Eulojia and Pedro were married at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in 1932 and together raised 5 children.
Left to cherish Eulojia's memory are her children, Olivia Ortiz, Petra Martin del Campo, Juan Garcia and Antonia Constante; grandchildren, Stephen Garcia, Salvador Ortiz, Jr., Roy Ortiz, Pedro Ortiz, Guadalupe Ortiz, Rosemary Sandoval, Beatrice Constante, Maria Constante, Marisa Constante, Jaime Garcia and Gregorio Andres Garcia. She also leaves behind her brother, Lorenzo Morales and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Eulojia is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Garcia; daughter, Guadalupe Garcia; brothers, Manuel Morales, Gregorio Morales, and Tomas Morales; sisters, Francisca Morales, Andrea Morales, Tranquilina Morales, Isidra Duque, Dolores Yzaguirre, Carmen Minor, Gregoria Morales and Victoria Bernal.
