Esther Sherrill Gallardo of Pearland, Texas passed away on April, Monday the 24th at the age of 69. She was born on January 19, 1954 in Texas City, Texas where she grew up fishing with her father and enjoyed spending time with her sister, friends, and family.
She later worked as Rates Analyst at Transco Gas And Pipeline for 30 years and later continued to work at the office of Dr. Barry Gritz and Chritine Wysong.
She was actively involved in the Deaconate with her husband, Alex, for 6 years. She was a loved and important member of the All Saints Catholic Church community in the Houston Heights, and the Red Hat Ladies in Pearland, Texas. She absolutely loved playing golf, fishing, traveling to see new places, and most importantly taking care of her family!!!
She is preceded in death by her father, Sonny Villarreal of Texas City, Texas and her brother-in-law Thomas Ketchum of Texas City, Texas.
She is survived by her mother, Connie Villarreal, husband, Alex Gallardo, son Michael Gallardo, daughter-in-law Alexis Lopez, granddaughter Aria Grace Gallardo, sister Tanya Ketchum and nephew Thomas Barret Ketchum II.
The family would like to thank Tonya and her team with Hospice Care for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days and surely should be recognized for making sure Sherri was always well taken care of and comfortable.

Wednesday, May 24th we will have a Church mass at 10AM at All Saints Catholic Church (215 E 10th St, Houston Texas, 77009). After the Mass Services we will return to the Lawndale Cemetery to proceed with the burial.
