Estha Faye Rasco

She is preceded in death by loving husband James T. Rasco, August 23, 2001. They were married on December 16, 1948 for 53 years. And by her parents as well as seven brothers and three sisters, Survetus, Carlis, Hollis, Hoyle, Edwin, Rudolph, Charles, Lovenia, Edna, and Dorothy. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Calo and husband John, her son Eddie Rasco and wife Terri; her grandchildren Rachel Farris and husband Daniel, Joel Rasco and wife Nicole, John Rasco, Maegan Brock and husband Brian; her great grandchildren Ava Faye Farris, Sefton James Farris, Emma Grace Rasco, Ethan Brock and Emily Brock; her sister Billie Turley, and her closest nieces and nephews Tommie Jean Anderson, Pat Carter, Michele Knight, Cindy Benson, Alan Turley, Gary Carter, Beth Lamb, Wayne Erwin and Zane Thomas; special close friends Janet Allison Rosser and husband Paul, Leslie and Brad Bull, Bailey, Drake and Alex; loving caregivers Heather, Stephanie, Donna, LaToya and Melissa; and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.

Present member of First Baptist Church, Pasadena, member of Park Memorial Baptist Church for 72 years (1940-2012), served as children’s Sunday school teacher for 55 years, leader and teacher of Mission Friends, Children’s Training Union, nursery helper, member of Women on Missions. Retired from Montgomery Ward as general accounting clerk.

She was a sweet, loving Mom, Memaw, and Meme who was always there for us! The greatest thing she did was taught us to love Jesus and trust Him as our Savior. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren with all of her heart!

Funeral services to be January 27th with visitation at 12:00pm and service at 1:00pm at Forest Park Lawndale, interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Pasadena, TX.
