Eric Kai Leach

Eric Kai Leach passed away at the age of 23 on Sunday, October 17th, 2021, in Conroe, Texas. Born in Houston on July 22, 1998, he was known for his infectious smile and loyalty to those he loved. His friends quickly became family.

Eric is survived by his parents, Larry Leach and Sharon Roberson Bales, as well as his sister Krystal Bonds and stepfather Michael Bales. Eric is also survived by his Grandparents Howard and Sonja Leach, Aunt Paula O’Brien and Cousin Marcus England (TX), Aunt and Uncle Robyn and Mark Bedell (Kansas City), Uncle and Aunt Christopher and Stacey Roberson, Cousins Jason Roberson (TN), Constance Lester (TX), Jacqueline Roberson (TX), Aaron Bedell (KC), Jaelyn Bedell (KC), Camryn Bedell (KC), Cedric Johnson (KC), Corey Roberson (KC), Maya Roberson (KC) and Aunt Renee Lewis (AL) and Cousins Dennis and Tracy McGregory (TX). He is also survived by Great Aunts Mary Achonu and Bertha Davis (TX).

Eric graduated in 2015 from Windermere Preparatory School in Windermere FL. He loved sports and played soccer, basketball, football and ran track in his formative years. Eric had a love of watching FIFA, NFL, NBA games. He pledged his allegiance to the Philadelphia Eagles at the age of 5. Eric enjoyed playing fantasy football with his family and friends. Eric had a creative spirit and artistic abilities. He started his own urban apparel line called Nobody in 2017. In 2021, Eric became a licensed health care insurance agent. He is forever loved and will greatly be missed!
