Enriqueta A. Ramirez

Enriqueta A. Ramirez was born in Mission, Texas on March 19, 1935. She graduated from Mission High School in 1955. She married Hector Villarreal Sr. and became a mom to four children, Nelda, Hector, Sandra, Juanita. From a young age she showed responsibility and a strong work ethic. Enriqueta was the type of person that was not only a loving mother but a friend. She was so much stronger than she even knew. You could tell her anything, she would listen and give us her advice. She loved all the family gatherings during the year and especially during the holidays. She loved to dance, and just enjoy life. She will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace.

She is preceded in death by her daughters, Juanita Villarreal and Nelda Estrada; great-grandson, Little Daniel Estrada; parents, Mr. Jesus and Maria Alvarez; Former husband, Hector Villarreal Sr.; brothers, Jose Alvarez and Baldemar Alvarez; sister, Evangelina Alvarez.

Enriqueta is survived by her Son, Hector Villarreal Jr.; Daughter, Sandra Alvarez Ayala.

Son-In-Laws Ruben Estrada, Ernest Bolyard, Jose L. Ayala,

7 Grandchildren, Andrew Estrada, Melinda Castillo, Daniel Estrada, Amber Gaston, Ashley Amador, Stephanie Santos, and Andrea Amador.

15 Great Grandchildren, Julian, Liliana, Dorian, Little Daniel, Nevaeh, Oscar, Elora, Isabella, Leonardo, Xavier, Angelica, Rihanna, Diamond, Ximena, and Olivia.

1 Great- Great- Grandson, Matias.

Serving as pallbearers are Jose Ayala, Andrew Estrada, Daniel Estrada, Daniel Garcia, Dorian Estrada and Julian Sanchez.

A visitation for Enriqueta will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A rosary will occur Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Chapel of Chimes, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service & burial will occur Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
