Enrique graduated from MacArthur High School and received a certificate in Shielded Metal Arc from Lone Star College. He met Janet Grimalda in Houston and married on August 1, 2015. Enrique had a career in Metal Fabrication Prestige Metal Fab. He had a passion for motorcycles, mud trucks, and four wheelers.
Enrique was preceded in death by Alicia Barrientos Perez, Enrique Alvarado Barrientos, and Regolo Salas Cobio.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Grimaldo; son, Enrique Ramiro Cobio; mother, Cristela Martinez (Alfredo Martinez); father, Regulo Cobio; sister, Aurora Cobio; brothers, Moises Cobio, and Samuel Cobio (Erika Lopez); nieces and nephews, Christina Cobio, Moises Cobio, Juan A. Gomez, Cristela M. Gomez, Ashley Gomez, Dominique Cobio, Savannah Cobio, Alicia Cobio, and Raymond.
Serving as pallbearers are Janet Grimaldo, Moises Cobio , Alizay Gomez, Dominique Cobio, Daniel Donnan, and Robert Alvarez.
