Two of Ama’s greatest personal accomplishments was becoming a United States citizen and learning how to drive. Ama took it upon herself to take driving lessons at Sears in 1974, while all of her children were in school and at work. She finished her driving course and got her license before sharing her great joy with the family. Her sons rewarded her with a car as a gift.
Ama was adored and loved by her family and friends and she will be missed immensely. We love you Ama!
