Eloisa had a bright and energetic personality and she was known to sense when people needed her help. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.
"My beloved wife was a very happy woman who enjoyed her 911 job for 24 years in total with the city 30 years of service and 4 years at Houston Health System. She happily retired 4 years ago, and had many other dreams to fulfill; such as traveling and especially spend time with her family. She was positive and always smiling, she liked to host parties & meetings, she liked to raise chickens, she adored butterflies, working in her garden with the roses, and helping people no matter their appearance. Every night she thanked God & played Christian music. We all miss her, but she lives in our hearts." -Enedino, Xochitl and Krystal Chavez
