Ellen graduated from Pace High School. She was married to Richard Lee for 53 years. Ellen had a career as a self-employed Grocer at Daylight Supermarket and had a passion for sewing, collecting miniatures, and solving puzzles - crosswords and word finds.
She is survived by daughter, Kathleen and Siblings, Harold (Kit), Daniel, Doris (Yookie), and George (Lien). She is preceded in death by parents, Henry T. Lum and Chu Shee Lum; husband, Richard C. Lee; and Siblings, James, Josephine, and Eugene.
A visitation for Ellen will be held Monday, November 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038, followed by a funeral service from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM.
