She is preceded in death by her Father, Eugene Widacki and Father-in-Law, Sonny Smith.

She will be gravely missed by her loving husband, Terry Smith (Babe); Children: Christie Lee Smith, Jennifer Lynn Ward & husband Billy, Tammy Beth Smith, Daniel Lee Smith; Grandchildren: Monique Alexis, Victoria Marie, Joey; Mother: Evelyn Widacki; Mother-in-Law, Betty Smith; Sisters: Genia Liebscher, Elaine Van Houten, Mary Jo Janacek (JoJo), Debbie Wilganowski; Sister-in-Law, Susan Cernosek; numerous Nieces and Nephews that she loved so much & numerous friends from work & church who she considered family as well.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 4-9pm with a rosary at 5pm.

Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Monday, October 31, 2011 followed by interment in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
