I extend my deepest sympathy to the family of Liz . I’m saddened to learn of my old classmate going on to be with the Lord, but I know God has moved her to a better place. 
I shall always remember our high school days and her kind smile and friendship. May God bring comfort to her family.

I worked with Liz for 20+ years at Texas Instruments and she was my office cubicle neighbor. She was a great neighbor and we would have many talks "over the wall". We had many laughs together and after I would help her with a task, she would always tell me that "You are more than a pretty face". She loved to travel and we had many talks about cruises and her trips to Florida with her family.
As Mona mentioned, Liz was so proud of her family and all of their accomplishments.
Liz always looked forward to retiring from TI, and I pray she enjoyed her retirement, although short.
I often think about Liz as I sit in my cubicle. Praying for peace, strength, and comfort to her family and friends.

I worked with Liz for 20+ years at Texas Instruments. We probably spent more time together at work than we did with our families. She was a great team player and co-worker. But, mainly, she was my friend. 
We worked hard, but we laughed harder. She had fond memories of her days with the High Steppers and would show us parts of her routine, even twirling the baton.  
We talked a lot about our respective families. She was so proud of her family and all of their accomplishments. 
I will miss her. Sending peaceful thoughts and comforting prayers to her family.

Liz was a friend and mentor to me working together at Texas Instruments. We shared a lot of milestones and plenty of laughs in those 20+ years. I will miss her smile and all our chats.

I will always remember the lovely smile Liz greeted you with. Such a lovely Woman of God! May she rest in peace!

I remember Liz as a High Stepper at BTW. I never saw her without her sister Frances. They were as close as being twins. I was really hurt to hear of her passing. Still trying to get over Frances not being here. I’m very proud of Liz accomplishments that were made while she was here. May God comfort and provide peace to her family.

I have such great memories of hanging out with Liz, Frances and Lana as preteens and teenagers on our street . We all went to church together also. Liz will truly be missed but fondly remembered. Billy Ray and Doug, my prayers go out to you and  family. Jocelyn

I first met Liz in the early 70’s as a young college student visiting Pastor M.V. Wade and the Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. I quickly became friends with Liz and Frances, and we adopted each other’s family. She was a jewel of a sister and one of the sharpest minds in Houston. I pray that our God will comfort and keep the surviving family and friends of this great woman of God. Well done, Liz!

It breaks my heart to know that Liz has made her transition; however, I rejoice in that she now resides with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." She and I had our occasional conversations, which I will miss. We often relished on our gemini character. She was sassy, serious minded, smart, and yet, sometimes witty. I already miss our conversations. May her love ones look to God for strength; He is a mender of broken hearts!
