Elisabeth K. Hartwell

Elisabeth K. Hartwell, 86, was born on March 8, 1931 and passed away on September 15, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents: Mabel and Herbert Kamsler, her husband, Charles A. Hartwell, and life partner, Philip Bernstein. Elisabeth is survived by her two sons, Paul and Kent Gordon, and two grandchildren, Douglas and Lindsey Gordon. The family wishes to acknowledge the exceptional care provided by Fyne Okocha and Olabunmi Asenuga, among many other caregivers. Lastly, we greatly appreciate the care given by our doctor, Matthew Lenz. Our mother was a generous and extremely loyal person, a doting grandmother, and a loving wife. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Services for Elisabeth will take place at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home chapel on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 10 o’clock in the morning. The interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
